Loving Kindness: Reconnecting to the Heart of Our Work – the first session in our series starts Sunday, Nov 30


The first session in our series of Four Sustaining Attitudes workshops takes place Sunday, November 30. The session is called Loving Kindness: Reconnecting to the Heart of our Work.

Feeling depleted, cynical, and/or fatigued? These meditative practices can be allies that help sustain us in our community service work. Counsellors, activists, social workers, nurses, physicians, and other compassionate workers are welcome to join us. All Workshops are day long from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may be taken individually, or as a complete series.
