Jacqueline Mann, M.A., R.C.C.

Associate Director/Internship Coordinator of Vancouver Counselling Programs

Jacqueline has over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health as a psychotherapist and counsellor. In addition to her therapeutic work with individuals, couples and families, Jacqueline is a consultant and workshop presenter to both public and private sector clients. Throughout her career, Jacqueline has felt privileged to work with people from all walks of life – differing ages and stages, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, ethnicities and sexual orientations.

Jacqueline began her teaching career at the University of Saskatchewan (her Alma Mater).  She taught courses in the Department of Psychology. Courses taught include Personality, Abnormal Psychology, Clinical and Counselling Psychology:Theory and Practice. Jacqueline also served as a subject matter expert in curriculum development for the University’s Distance Education program.

As Internship Coordinator, Jacqueline is committed to ensuring that Vancouver’s counselling program trains highly competent, self-reflective and ethical practitioners. With a passion for lifelong learning and clinical curiosity, Jacqueline believes that students’ potentials are fostered best within environments rich in skillful mentoring, support, and collaborative exploration.
