Free Webinar: Building Family Resilience in Difficult Times

This free public lecture series is designed to provide the community with information on a range of mental health topics.

Family is the most important circle we belong to. Adapting to changing circumstances, like the onset of a global pandemic, is one of the most important tasks of a family. This webinar focuses on helping family members to adapt in ways that strengthen the family as a whole. Learning how to effectively support one another reduces conflict, increases closeness and, ultimately, builds on family strengths.
