It is with great joy that we share photos of Indigenous graduate, Crystal Lameman at the graduation ceremony in Seattle this past June. Crystal proudly honoured her Cree ancestry and invited her community to celebrate in this accomplishment by wearing traditional regalia, including a beaded graduation cap and moccasins.
A symbol of cultural identity and tradition, Crystal’s beautifully beaded cap is a celebration of her accomplishments and the bright future ahead!
