Here2Talk Overview

Here2Talk is a mental health resource that offers students access to professional mental health support 24/7, 365 days a year.  The services offered through Here2Talk are completely confidential. Students can seek help without worrying about their privacy. 

It is a free service for all students in British Columbia, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. 

Services Provided
Here2Talk provides immediate access to a professional counselor who can help students navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship issues, and more. 

Services are available via telephone, online chat, or through the Here2Talk mobile app, offering students the flexibility to choose the communication method that works best for them.

Who Can Use Here2Talk ?
Here2Talk is available to all post-secondary students in British Columbia, regardless of their age, gender, or background. 

 Whether students are attending college, university, or other post-secondary institutions, they can access this service. 

When to Use Here2Talk 
Students can use Here2Talk whenever they feel the need for support. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays when other resources may be unavailable.

Here2Talk’s professional counselors are equipped to assist students with a broad range of concerns, from academic stress and mental health issues to personal challenges. 

The Here2Talk mobile app makes it even easier for students to access support on the go. It offers a convenient and discreet way to seek help.
