This workshop series, offered in partnership with The Federation of Community Services of BC, is a comprehensive course that will provide participants the opportunity to explore contemporary and traditional methods of performance management, how to select most effective approach for their organizational context, identify the barriers to effective performance or lack of engagement (and how to address those barriers), and boost performance through employee empowerment, motivation, and implementing effective reward mechanisms.
Participants will learn how to identify determinants of individual performance, design and conduct an effective performance feedback session, and promote a two-way communication system to clarify expectations about roles and accountabilities, communicate functional and organizational goals, and provide regular performance feedback and continuous coaching.
This workshop is limited to 25 participants.
