In addition to the general CityU application, and official transcripts, the MEd in Leadership program requires the following supplemental documents to review your candidacy.
|Consent to Contact Form: Due to the nature of the MEd in Educational Leadership program, we frequently want to speak directly with your references about your qualifications and background.|
|Self-Assessment: We require a writing sample for the MEd in Leadership program that consists of two short essays. Each essay should consist of roughly 100-300 words to answer each question.|
|Professional references: City University requires three professional references for the MEd in Educational Leadership program.|

Once your application form and application fee have been received and processed you will receive an email from our Enrollment Team with instructions on how to submit the supplemental documents. Please allow up to 5 business days for your application form to be processed, and please check your junk folder to ensure you receive the email from your Enrollment Advisor.
