Supplemental Documents

Once you complete the CityU application, be sure to check the supplemental materials required for your program of interest.

Please find the link to our Student Application Portal.  This is where you will submit the Supplemental Documents that accompany the Application Form and the Application Fee you have submitted and your Official Transcripts.

Please note, in order to receive an Invitation to use the Student Portal,  you will need to complete and submit the Application Form and the Application Fee.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your Invitation to arrive, and check your junk folder to ensure you have received it.  If you still have not received the Invitation to use the Student Application Portal, please contact our Enrollment Team at:
